Am I eligible?
You are eligible to participate in the IMUA KĀKOU program if you are between the ages of 18 and your 21st birthday and you meet the following criteria:

You turned 18 or older while in foster care (Child Welfare Services) in Hawai‘i and emancipated or “aged out” of the system.
If you were adopted after your 16th birthday or entered legal guardianship after your 16th birthday, you may be eligible for Extended Assistance or Imua Kakou. Please contact us for more information. |

Imua Kākou is a program of the State of Hawai`i Department of Human Services and the Family Courts.
